With decades of combined experience in mechanical construction and healthcare compliance, our launch team saw an opportunity to build a business rooted in technical excellence, transparency, execution and partnership. 

What began as a specialized trade service has evolved into a full-service construction business focused solely on medical gas systems.

From working alongside hospital capital planning teams to guiding construction managers and mechanical contractors, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted partner in delivering systems that meet the most stringent codes and the most pressing clinical needs.

Our Story

We launched OX2 Medical because we saw a problem—and we knew we could fix it. 

In healthcare construction, medical gas systems were often treated as an afterthought. General mechanical contractors focused on HVAC, leaving critical clinical systems vulnerable to inconsistent standards, missed compliance, and added risk. 
 
But we knew better.

Our launch team wasn’t just made up of tradespeople—we were trainers, code contributors, and lifelong med gas specialists. We had decades of boots-on-the-ground experience, and we knew what great looked like. With this in mind, we built a business that could deliver it.

From day one, OX2 Medical was designed to be different. We focused exclusively on medical gas. We built a team of experts who live and breathe compliance. We partnered with hospitals, not just contractors. We engineered phased plans that could integrate seamlessly into live clinical environments. And we built documentation that stands up to the most rigorous audits. 

We didn’t want to just meet code—we wanted to define the new gold standard.
